15 working days

First qualified candidate for interview within 15 working days of signing the order, with clearly defined position profile. Deadline is contractual, not ambition.

II.

60-day guarantee

If the candidate doesn't fit or leaves within the agreed period, we replace at no additional cost. Procedure documented in contract.

III.

Mediation, not leasing

You are the worker's employer from day one. We don't 'lease' workers — we find them, screen them, prepare them. Different legal model, different responsibility.

IV.

Verified candidates

Every candidate already has verified credentials (qualifications, references, work permits, medical certificates). Average delivery: 15 working days.

V.

Full administration

Work permits with Ministry of Interior, sworn translations, apostille, visa D coordination with embassies, residence registration. You sign contracts and focus on operations.

Internal mediation (205/20) and external mediation for placement abroad (359/20). Both verifiable in the Ministry registry.

You interview candidates (video or in-person), select the one that fits. Contract signing 24–48 hours after selection.

Arrival

We handle the permit process with the Ministry. Worker arrives at your location. We're available for support during the entire 60-day guarantee period.

How fast can you deliver a candidate?

15 working days for a qualified candidate from our verified candidate network. Worker arrival at location depends on permit process (seasonal 30–45 days, standard 45–90 days).

What does the replacement guarantee cover?

If the candidate leaves the employer or doesn't match specification within 60 days, we replace them at no additional cost. Both worker-initiated departure and employer-initiated dismissal for non-match are covered.

Do you charge workers any fees?

No, never. Croatian law prohibits charging workers for placement services. All fees are paid by employers.

Which countries do you source from?

Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro (Western Balkans), and other markets on request.

Where do you place workers?

Primarily Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy and Croatia. Other EU countries case-by-case.
