People Pons is a Croatian employment mediation agency with MR licenses since 2020. We find, screen and prepare candidates from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia and Montenegro — and you hire them directly, on your terms.

What we concretely offer

The whole process, one responsible party.

From defining the need to the first working day. We don't bounce you from contact to contact — you have one cooperation manager throughout the entire engagement.

Sourcing and screening

We target candidates from our own database and regional sources. We verify experience, previous employers and motivation. We only present those who pass our filter.

Permits and administration (when needed)

If a candidate needs a work permit or visa, we coordinate with legal partners and with you. We prepare documentation required from the employer and handle communication with the candidate in their home country. We don't promise dates — this part has real uncertainties.

Registrations and formalities

All mandatory worker registrations per local regulations of the country of work. We clearly communicate what you need to sign and when — no last-minute surprises.

Arrival logistics

We coordinate arrival date, transport and document check before departure from the home country — so the worker arrives ready to start.

Onboarding support

We're available during the first weeks of work for both you and the worker. Questions about accommodation, administration and integration we solve together.

Replacement guarantee

We define a probation period and replacement terms in the contract. If the candidate doesn't fit within the agreed period, we continue searching at no extra fee.

How we work

Four steps from order to arrival.

  1. 01

    Brief

    You define the position: specifications, required experience, working conditions, accommodation. We sign the cooperation contract and SLA.

  2. 02

    Pre-screening

    From our regional network we deliver 2–5 candidates with references and complete documents within 15 working days.

  3. 03

    Decision

    You interview candidates (video or in-person), pick the right one. Employment contract is signed within 24–48 hours after selection.

  4. 04

    Arrival

    We handle the permit process with the Ministry of Interior. Worker arrives at your location. We stay available for support during the entire 60-day guarantee period.

Pricing and terms

Transparent, no hidden line items.

The fee is formed according to the worker's country of origin, position type and number of people. We send the price and all terms in a written offer before the contract — you're not obliged to sign anything until you confirm it works for you.

  • One-time fee per hired worker, defined by contract.
  • No subscription, no monthly fixed costs.
  • State fees (work permits, visas) are itemised separately in the offer — you see the exact amount before signing.
  • Replacement guarantee within a defined period included.

Do you become the formal employer of the worker?

No. People Pons is a mediation agency, not a temporary work agency in the sense of labour leasing. The worker is employed directly by you, under your employment contract and rulebook.

How long does it typically take to get first candidates?

Target is 15 working days from signing the cooperation contract to presenting the first qualified candidates. In urgent cases, when we have candidates in our database matching the profile, we react even faster.

What if none of the presented candidates fit?

We continue with a second round — at no extra fee. We work until we find a candidate matching both your technical and cultural criteria.

Can I get your GDPR documentation and processing agreement?

Yes. We send the complete DPA (Data Processing Agreement) before cooperation starts. All candidate data is stored within the EU, in compliance with GDPR.

Do you work with employers outside Croatia?

Yes. We regularly work with clients in Germany, Austria and Slovenia. We know the specifics of local regulations and work with legal partners where needed.

Do we retain control over candidate selection?

Fully. We present candidates with CV and our own comment. You decide who to invite for interview and who to hire — the selection process remains in your hands.
