People Pons d.o.o. is an employment mediation agency licensed by the Croatian Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy. We place blue-collar and skilled workers from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia and Montenegro with employers in Croatia and other EU countries such as Germany, Austria and Slovenia.
How we work
Ministry of Labour licences 205/20 and 359/20
Our service is employment mediation (licence 205/20). We also hold a temporary employment licence (359/20), but we don't currently offer worker leasing. You can check both licences in the Ministry's register.
A candidate summary instead of a CV
Before the search starts, we write down the profile with you. You don't get a standard CV. We send our own summary of each candidate: the position they applied for, confirmation that they accepted your conditions, and quotes from the interview about their work experience.
60-day replacement guarantee
If a worker we placed doesn't work out within 60 days of their first working day, we replace them from our network at no extra cost.
B2B focus since 2020
We work mainly with employers in construction, hospitality, transport, manufacturing, healthcare and agriculture. We don't do executive search or office placements.

What we don't do
- We don't charge workers a fee (Croatian law prohibits it).
- We don't promise candidates in 24 hours. We present the first qualified candidate within 15 working days of signing the order.
- We don't take on a search we don't think we can fill. If, based on our experience so far, we assess that we can't find the candidate, we tell you right away. Much depends on the conditions you offer, but sometimes even good conditions aren't enough because workers with that profile simply aren't available.
- We don't hide costs in the fine print. Before you sign, you get a written quote listing every item.
