Construction firms in Croatia and across the EU need crews for the season or for long-term projects. We look for candidates with real site experience and check them with their previous employers.

Seasonal and year-round placement for hotels, restaurants, campsites and travel agencies. We start the process months before the peak season so your team is ready in April or May.
C+E drivers (international and domestic), ADR-certified drivers, warehouse workers, forklift operators
For hauliers in Croatia and the EU that are short of drivers. Before we present a candidate, we check Code 95, the tachograph card, ADR certificates and previous routes.
CNC operators (Mazak, Haas, DMG MORI), MIG/MAG/TIG welders, locksmiths, machine maintenance
Metalworking, series production and toolmaking. We check which machine control systems the candidate has worked with (Siemens, FANUC, Heidenhain, Mazatrol) and whether they hold EN ISO 9606-1 welder certificates.
Pflegekräfte (DE/AT), care helpers, 24h-Betreuung, registered nurses
Home care services, nursing homes and private 24/7 care. We tell nurses which documents they need for recognition of their qualifications (Anerkennung) and how long each document stays valid.
Harvest workers (vineyards, olives, fruit), greenhouse workers, livestock helpers
Family farms (OPGs), vineyards and orchards. Seasonal permits take 30 to 45 days. Workers come from Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia, and from other countries on request.
