How to request deletion
Option 1 — Through the AI assistant Leo
Tell Leo: “Delete my data” or “I want my data deleted”.
Option 2 — By email
Send your request to: dpo@peoplepons.com
Option 3 — Through the contact form
Note: For security reasons, a request submitted through the contact form may require additional identity verification (e.g. confirmation from the same phone number or email address you used to communicate with us).
What is deleted
At your request, we delete:
- Personal data (name, contact details, CV)
- Conversation history with Leo
- Application data
Processing deadline
We will process your request without undue delay, and at the latest within the statutory period of 30 days. For security reasons, verification of your identity may be required.
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained where this is necessary for:
- Compliance with legal obligations
- The defence of legal claims
- Archiving in the public interest
