Processing via the Leo AI System
Part of your data is processed via the AI assistant Leo, which uses Anthropic Claude technology. This includes conducting conversations, detecting discrepancies with job postings, preparing an application summary and answering questions. Leo does not make hiring decisions and does not rank candidates. A more detailed description of the Leo process is provided in the Privacy Policy.
